For all our projects we use our in-house project, cost, design, and contract management capabilities, along with a global network of offshore consultants delivering to the highest international standards.

At the disposal stage, we engage a wide network of property marketers combined with our in-house expertise to guarantee quick and risk-free exit. Alternatively, we provide letting services and all-in property management packages should the investor decide to keep the property for long-term rental income and value gain.

At the initial stage, we provide speculative financing of conceptual designs, market studies, cost analysis, and LOIs with potential off-takers. Once the project is proven feasible;

  1. We approach PE investors for the first round of financing,
  2. Then raise debt financing (for commercial projects) or finance the project through off-plan sales (for residential projects).

We structure our investments for an optimum model of financing between debt and equity. Once the asset is up, running, and fully let – we refinance it using bank financing at a much lower rate. One of the possible exit strategies is to sell stabilized assets to a specially established property investment fund.
