As Project Managers, we will be representing the Client and advising them at every stage of the project implementation from conception to handover. We will prepare the Project Execution Plan along with the Master Budget and the high-level Implementation Programme and will ensure that the project remains within the guidelines set at the beginning. We will also ensure that whatever changes the Client may wish to implement during the course of the project are appropriately documented and implemented in the most time and cost-efficient manner. Contractually, the design team and the Main Contractor will be appointed directly by the Client, but we will prepare the design brief, the technical brief, the suite of contracts. In addition to this, we will also shortlist and manage the selection of the consultants and contractors and advise the Client on the most optimal choices. During the lifecycle of the project, we will actively manage the project team on the Client’s behalf and regularly report to the Client ensuring full transparency and efficiency.
