Andrey has 18 years of experience in real estate, encompassing real estate investment and development, construction, project management and asset management. Before coming to Kenya Andrey spent several years working in the UK, Russia, France and the Netherlands. Andrey holds Bachelor’s Degree in Construction and Project Management from Moscow State University and Master’s Degree in Real Estate Investment from Cass Business School, UK. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and active participant of the national Built Environment working group. He boasts a proven track of successfully delivering new build projects in luxury residential, commercial, hospitality and mixed-use sectors. Andrey brings full lifecycle project management expertise with detailed understanding of resource and cost control management.

Lillian is a finance and real estate professional with 15+ years of experience. Her strengths are in financial management and reporting, property and facilities management, investment management, leasing and contract management. Lillian has worked with, among others, Cushman and Wakefield, CBRE, Zep RE(PTA Reinsurance) company. She has handled investments in excess of Us$ 200 Million and provided end to end oversight in property and investment functions over the years in Kenya, Sudan, Cameroun, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Uganda and Tanzania. She holds a bachelor's degree in Land Economics, and MBA in Finance and strategy and is a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya. She is a registered practitioner of the Estate Agents registration Board and the Institute of Public Certified Accountants of Kenya. Lillian is a respected subject matter expert on real estate in Kenya.
